How do I pay my annual dues?

2026 Annual Dues of Harbor Hills Property Owners Association 

Our annual dues are $100 (equivalent to $8.33/monthly). These expenses primarily cover our Duke Energy Street Lights for which we pay 100% of the cost, our Association insurances which have more than tripled in the last several years, as well as every other fee we pay.

We are acting and operating as a 100% volunteer Board, to continue to keep our costs at a bare minimum. Please help us to identify your property by including your Lot # on your payment.  One of the areas your Lot # is listed is in your Directory, to the right of your name.  

As a footnote, we currently have a number of properties who are not current with their dues. Interest has been compounding, and multiple late notices have gone unanswered. Unfortunately for owners with 2 years outstanding dues, the Lein process will begin with filings against those properties.
